Viscose

Viscose is a semi-synthetic form of Rayon fabric made out of wood pulp which is used as a substitute for silk because it has a similar drape and a soft feel to the stylish material. The term “viscose’ specifically refers to the wood pulp solution which is converted into the fabric. Soft and lightweight, Viscose fabric has been in use since the late 1800s and is a fixture of many wardrobes and homes. Viscose’s production is cheaper and is a flexible fabric used in clothing items such as blouses, dresses, and jackets.
