Terms & Conditions
- Orders once placed cannot be altered, cancelled or returned.
- Dispatch of your order may take upto 7 working days. Details of the dispatch will be provided once made.
- The charges quoted at the time of placing the order include delivery, packing, forwarding charges and GST. Any additional duties levied in the country of delivery, will not be included in the invoice and will need to be settled directly with the courier company.
- SARA reserves the right to alter the prices mentioned on the products on its site from time to time, at its own discretion.
- The shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order should be as accurate as possible. Mentioning of landmarks also helps the delivery to take place smoothly.
- SARA is not liable for any damage in transit or for late delivery of the parcel.
- Acknowledgement given through a signature or a stamp or seal on the courier delivery slip/challan with the courier agency serves as a proof of delivery and acceptance.
- SARA is not liable for any damages or defacing of the packaging that may occur during transit of the package to the customer.
- SARA reserves the right to alter, change or add any other terms as it may deem fit anytime as required.
- SARA reserves the right to cancel certain orders due to the following reasons –
- Problems identified with the mode of payment.
- Non-availability of stock.
- Inaccuracies in rate, etc. In such cases, SARA will contact the customer and refund will be processed immediately. All such refunds will be made by the same mode of payment used to place the order. Refunds to Credit Cards may take up to 21 days to reflect from date of transfer, depending on the credit card bank’s policies.
